- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Butter - 150 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 1 Pach.
- Leavening agent - 1 Pach.
- Condensed milk - 5 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Honey - 6 tbsp.
- Pudding vanilla - 1 Pach.
- Nectarine - 3 PCs
- Mandarin - 3 PCs
- Walnuts - 3 tbsp.
- Raisins - 3 tbsp.
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Sponge cake with fruit and cream pudding
The flour together with the baking powder sift + vanilla sugar. In melted butter add the honey and cocoa, stir and pour into the flour. Whisk the egg yolk with the honey, then mix it with the flour. Separately whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until stable foam and add to dough + pre-soaked raisins and chopped walnuts. A good knead.
Form grease CL. oil, put into it the dough and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
After a time, cool the cake and cut it into 2 parts.
Prepare pudding cream. To do this: in 100 ml. of warm milk add pudding mix, mix well. In a saucepan heat the remaining milk and add pudding a lot. Stirring constantly bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 min. Remove from heat, let cool, add whipped egg, sweetened condensed milk, honey and a good beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.
