Ingredients for Pie "the crown"
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Yeast - 1/2 the package.
- Butter - 125 g
- Vanilla - 1 package.
- Sour cream - 125 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie "the crown"
Dough: milk, sugar, eggs and yeast mix in a saucepan and leave on all night till the morning..
In the morning add to the mixture the melted butter, sour cream, vanilla and flour.
Knead the dough, it should be mild and to lag behind the hands. Allow to rise. The dough you need 2 times to press down, and on 3rd time already to cut.
The dough is enough for two caps.
Itself "hat" consists of 2 parts, so the dough should be divided into 2 unequal parts.
For "dome" I used a metal bowl (diameter 18 cm) and small Cup (12 cm in diameter), also made of metal.
Flip the bowl and the Cup upside down, placed one over the other. Wrap "turret" foil to stay design.
Grease the foil a small number of CMV oil to further avoid sticking dough.
Out of the remaining smaller part of the dough roll out the layer, cut it into strips. These stripes make the pattern on the "tower" - a cross and a circle.
Brush with beaten egg.
