- Curd - 200 g
- Butter - 75 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 0.5 stack.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Coconut shavings - 25 g

The curd is thoroughly clean to avoid grains.Form cake pan greased with butter.The oven to turn 180 degrees.

Mix everything until smooth.
Put the dough in the form,flatten with wet spoon.
Bake until ready.A little cool in the form,then remove from the mold and cool completely on wire rack.The cooled cake pour chocolate glaze and sprinkle with coconut as desired.
