Step by step instruction of cooking Pike-perch with mushrooms
Pike perch fillet, and fillet any other fish, we wash and dried. Fish fry on the pan in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Separately in a pan fry the onion, finely chopped, and grated on a coarse grater carrots, cheese RUB on a coarse grater. Chop mushrooms not very finely.
