Eggs, milk, flour, salt and baking soda Galen. knead the batter as normal for pancakes
Zucchini peel and grate on a coarse grater. mix with the dough.
Fry the pancakes for rust. oil. From the said number I got 6 crepes with a diameter of 18 cm.
Tomatoes pour over boiling water. Remove peel and grate. Drain in a sieve to drain the water.
Add in the tomato puree mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp, garlic to taste, salt, pepper to taste... mix well.
Take the finished pancake with the tomato-mayonnaise sauce. Sprinkle with grated (grated) cheese. Then chopped greens. Then another pancake and repeat.
