Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "good-bye, kindergarten - Hello, school!"
For making cakes 6 egg yolks RUB with 1 Cup sugar
and add them to the softened butter. Mix well.
To this mixture, add 0.5 cups of yogurt, baking powder, vanilla and stir.
Now add the flour and knead not abrupt dough.
Protiven lubricated with oil, divide the dough into three parts and in turn, laying on a baking sheet, bake three layers at a temperature of 180 degrees 15 minutes.
While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream, which beat 6 egg whites with a glass of sugar.
The first layer lubricates strawberries, mashed with sugar (I have frozen),
and on top put the beaten egg whites.
In the remaining egg whites, add raspberry jam and stir gently, apply this cream to the second cake.
Put the third Korzh and lubricated it with cream (butter+condensed milk).
Sprinkle the top with chopped nuts and coconut flakes, and the sides decorate with cookies in the shape of pretzels.
Now decorate the cake. For this I used baked from unleavened dough, the figure of the girl, the sun and clouds.
The grass and the book I made from mastic.
Here is the cake assembled.
This is a very delicious cake with a delicate protein-berry cream. It taste like all without exception. This cake I made for a friend who celebrates his birthday, and who had taught children English for 40 years, and only this school year was for her retirement.
Once again I want to congratulate All the teachers on the occasion (and yourself too)!
And invite Everyone to seagulls!
