For cream - mix Choco-paste, 1 egg yolk, 1-1,5 tablespoons milk and 6 tablespoons of coconut, mix well. Divide into 12 parts. 
Ready puff pastry (I have a simple, not yeast) untwisted, cut into 6 rectangles
