Another favorite me Mexican dish with tortillas "tortilla" (tortiya). For those who like Mexican cuisine with the use of these pellets (burritos, tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas), I advise you to cook more patties and freeze, shifting parchment paper. Defrosted instantly, and you can quickly cook your favorite dish! Well, taste crunchy "quesadilla"?
Ingredients for Quesadillas with chicken
- Pellet - 4 PCs
- Chicken breast - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 0,5 stack.
- Cheese - 200 g
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Quesadillas with chicken
Chicken breast wash, dry and cut into halves. RUB some salt and pepper, sprinkle with cumin and pour 2 tbsp of olive oil. To survive in this kind of marinade 20 minutes, turning from time to time.
