Amazingly delicious salad! The recipe is from an old "Peasant" or "Workers," I don't remember exactly published was in 1996... when Moscow celebrated its 850th anniversary.

Chicken meat separated from the bones, cut into thin wedges or disassemble the fibers. Celery is boiled in water with vinegar, then chop (or grate on a medium grater).
Onion (I had red) will cut smaller pieces and marinate in water with vinegar 1 : 1 for an hour or two. Then drain off water and add onion to the salad.
Grind mushrooms (I had mushrooms, I did not chop too finely), you can leave a few pieces for decoration
Apples peel and cut a few slices, too, can leave for decoration
All mix, season with oil (olive better), mixed with salt, sugar (little), pepper and lemon juice. Put in a salad bowl, decorate with greens, sliced apples, whole mushrooms, and so on. Bon appetit!
