Ingredients for Pate of eggplant
- Eggplant - 2 PCs
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Pate of eggplant
Clear the eggplant, cut into circles with a thickness of 0.5 cm, salt and leave for 20 minutes.
Rinse , dip in flour and fry in vegetable oil. Spread on paper napkin to remove excess oil.
Fry onions and boiled eggs. In a blender grind the cooled eggplant, onion, eggs garlic. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
