I thought to give this recipe "Mimosa" or not, because the recipes of this salad are many, different, interesting... And, after all, a salad is not tasty Mimosas, because the ingredients (and only these!) this salad is simple proportion. Potatoes and carrots should be medium-sized, number of eggs should be equal (!) on the count of potatoes (the same as for a real "Olivier"), mayonnaise 250 g exactly (no more, no less) and onions, but green. The recipe for this salad I have for a long time, he's proven over the years, very tasty, guests like crazy. This recipe gave me a friend, a chef-cook from God! Try this salad!

Ingredients for Classic salad "Mimosa"
- Canned fish - 225 g
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Carrots - 3 PCs
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Mayonnaise - 250 g
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
Step by step instruction of cooking Classic salad "Mimosa"
5th layer: on a medium grater to grate the yolks of eggs.
Finely chop green onions and sprinkle with the lettuce, put it in the refrigerator to soak for 2-3 hours.
