Cover the gelatine with Apple juice and allow to swell. You can pour and water, of course, but, believe me, the juice tastes better!
On low heat dissolve the gelatin, not boiling
Add the remaining juice and pour it into moulds or kremanku, as you want.
I came up with 3 servings, You of course can and more to do, if you pour a little less :-D
