This interesting and unusual recipe, I accidentally saw in the Internet. Easy to prepare with available ingredients, this delicious and juicy pie lived up to my expectations - I liked it.
Ingredients for Empanada with tuna
- Tuna - 1 ban.
- Onion - 2-3 PCs
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Black pepper
- Paprika sweet - 2 tsp.
- Sunflower oil - 1/4 l
- Flour - 500 g
- Water - 200 ml
- Yeast - 25 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Empanada with tuna
Prepare the filling. Heat oil in a pan, add the finely chopped onions and fry it until Golden brown.
To the onions add chopped peppers and cook vegetables until soft.
For the test we need the oil from the sauteed, but it should be cool enough, so the vegetables spread on the sieve, which put into a pan to glass butter.
Knead the dough without the dough. Mix the yeast with the flour until the crumbs, add warm water, salt and paprika. I added a little sugar to taste.
