- Chicken fillet - 700 g
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Dry white wine - 0,5 stack.
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Spices - to taste
- Greens - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Drunken chicken with mushrooms in sour cream
Fillet, onion, pepper finely chop the mushrooms in half and into slices.
The chicken and onions sent to the pan and fry.
Add wine and mushrooms, simmer, there is a lot of broth, drain off almost all in a separate pot.
Add bell pepper, continue to simmer.
From sour cream, mayonnaise (take in the proportions which you like best), broth and spices to make a sauce and pour it in the pan.
Simmer until thickened, sprinkle with greens and eat with great pleasure!
