Very similar to everyone's favorite "Potato". The idea of this cupcake is inspired by my Indian delicacy - halawa. Very, very tasty! Who tried - knows. And who else did not - we have the recipe of halawa. Look!

Melt butter in a frying pan, add the semolina, mix well and switch off.
In the sugar add the cocoa and vanilla. Mix well.
Water bring to a boil, pour out the sugar and cocoa, stir thoroughly to avoid lumps, and heat over high heat three to four minutes, add cognac and off.
Pour the chocolate mass on a semolina - directly in the pan, mix thoroughly, cover and leave until cool.
When the mass hardens, sculpt it out of cake, dip them in cocoa and put them in the fridge. When serving you can top with sauce chocolate or strawberry! Very tasty and a lot of calories!:-D
