Prepare the vegetables: cut into thin slices, onions and sweet peppers, chili pepper, chopped dill, too.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, peppers for 10 minutes(approximately). Then add the fennel, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Add salt, black pepper, pour vodka. Leave another two minutes on the fire. The food is ready. Bon appetit!
