Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable pancakes – sandwich
In a blender, shred two medium zucchini, one large carrot, and potato.
Vegetable ground salt and pepper.
Beat 1-2 eggs.
Pour the half Cup of yogurt.
Gradually vsypaya flour, make dough, as for pancakes.
Fry on both sides in a frying pan, greased with vegetable oil.
