Step 1

Wash the salad.


Step 2

Boil shrimp in salted water with a Bay leaf and clean.


Step 3

Green salad put a fan on the dish.


Step 4

Chinese salad break hands together with the white part.


Step 5

Avocado cut in half, rotate, remove the bone, clean peel and cut into slices approx size 1 cm.


Step 6

To place them in a bowl of Chinese salad, shrimp, avocado, drizzle with lemon juice and season with vegetable oil. Add salt to taste. Ready salad spread on a dish and decorate with large shrimp. Serve immediately on the table.
