Ingredients for Open cherry pie with almonds
- Flour - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Cherry - 500 g
- Almonds - 200 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
- Starch - 1 tbsp
- Coconut shavings - 40 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Open cherry pie with almonds
To prepare dough: sift flour with baking powder, add the softened butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and 30 minutes to put in the fridge.
Prepare the filling: mix cherries, honey, nuts and starch, and leave for 20 minutes.
Spread the dough on the form.
From top to spread the filling and sprinkle with coconut.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
