Cake "White Russian"

"White Russian" -cake recipe from the German cooking website, made for the birthday of her husband. Interesting name - white Russian - probably due to the presence in the cake vodka (funny and sad, but foreigners have the concept of "Russia" is always associated with vodka). But this is not important, important is that the cake itself is soft and very tasty (thanks to the author of the recipe). Husband was already praised :)
Ingredients for Cake "White Russian"
- Margarine - 150 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanilla sugar - 2 pack.
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Flour - 250 g
- Leavening agent - 1 package.
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
- Liqueur - 75 ml
- Chocolate chips - 75 g
- Cream - 500 ml
- Vodka - 150 ml
- Cream - 2 Pach.
- Gelatin - 2 PCs
- Milk - 50 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "White Russian"
Biscuit - soft margarine whipped with sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla.
One by one add eggs, continuing to whisk (whisk each egg in half a minute, not longer).
In two parts add the flour and baking powder, cocoa powder and liquor (I had chocolate, coffee) - all beat at medium speed of mixer.
Preheat the oven to 180*C.
The finished dough lay out in a rectangular shape, covered with baking paper. Leveled the surface. Sprinkle with chocolate chips (not really chips, and sticks ready; shaving you can RUB yourself with chocolate).
Send the form in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180-190*C (cake - "dry match").
While the cake is baked, make the cream:
just mix cream, 100 ml of vodka and cream-the powder vanilla "Paradise" - all, beat 3 minutes the cream is ready.
I think, for lack of a ready cream powder, you can make this cake custard (recipes custard on "the Cook" a lot).
Not found the simple vodka, used: Fig (Feige-Wodka), she really has only 20 degrees instead of 40, but since it is written on the bottle "vodka", so is vodka :)
The cooled cake cut into two layers.
4 full tbsp of the cream and put aside for decoration.
Part of the cream is applied to the lower layer, close the top, roll the cream sides and top.

Today took a test - a surprisingly delicate cake, delicate cream not cloying, the alcohol is not felt, but yesterday (while I was done and tried :) ) my mood is good...
The cake is also called "cocktail" - it is easy to cut into individual cakes for the party.
