A very unusual way of cooking small pasta, borrowed from one of the vegetarian newsletter.

In scarborou with the high rim and throw a knob of butter and pour there a small vermicelli. Tried with larger... but I am not so much. The amount of noodles should correspond to the number of persons for whom you cook. Oil so the noodles are slightly fried.
All this fry for 3-4 minutes until noodles are a nice Golden brown. In a mug or saucepan pour the water, so much that it was enough to cover the entire surface of the pasta. Salt this water. When the hue of the pasta we like, in one hand take the lid (tight to the edges of the pans), into another saucepan with salted water. Pour and close. Waiting for 5-10 minutes. Open and look at. If cooked, then remove and turn fantasy.
