Apple grate,without touching the core.Onion peel and chop.Parsley wash and finely chop.

Mince and knead thoroughly.
Roll of minced meat balls the size of plums. Heat the oil and fry on all sides keftedes until Golden brown. Cover and cook 7 minutes.
