Ingredients for Cheese soup with sausage

• Potatoes - 2-3 PCs
• Carrots - 1 piece
• Onion - 1 piece
• Vermicelli - 1 Cup.
• Sausage - 3-4 PCs
• Cheese - 1-1,5 PCs
• A bouillon cube - 2-3 PCs

Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese soup with sausage

The potatoes are chopped, add water (or broth) and cook, bring to boil and reduce heat

Carrots and onions fry until almost cooked

Boil noodles until tender,rinse

Add the potatoes, carrots, onions and chopped sausages.Cook for 5 minutes.

Then add the grated cheese(can be grated),stir until all the cheese is dissolved.
