Gorgeous cake with fresh cherries and soft milk soufflé. Took the recipe out of gourmet magazine, for which many thanks to the author. This cake can be cooked with other berries. Help yourself
Ingredients for Cherry pie
- Butter - 100 g
- Sour cream - 270 g
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Semolina - 1 tbsp
- Yogurt - 1-2 tbsp
- Cherry - 200 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cherry pie
Prepare the dough. Eggs (2 pieces) with sugar (100 grams), mix (in blender or with a mixer)
Softened butter to mix with sour cream (200 g) and egg-sugar mixture. Gradually adding flour, knead a homogeneous dough. Cover and put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes
Split baking dish with a diameter of 26 cm oil and sprinkle with semolina in a thin layer
Chilled the dough in the form, spreading over the entire surface and making a small rim. You can petrusite flour (I did not)
Berries wash, dry. I have cherry - so remove the bones. Simultaneously prepare the cream. Mix all ingredients (yogurt, 70 grams of sour cream, 1 egg and 3 tbsp sugar) and whisk in the lush mass
Spread berries over the dough (to the side) and pour the cream. Bake pie in a preheated 200* oven for 30-35 minutes
