- Chicken liver - 200 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Hepatic "wreath" with cabbage
Prepare products for further processing - the onion, carrots and pepper.
Carrots clean and RUB on a coarse grater
Peel and finely chop the onion
Spread prepared carrots and onions in the pan with a small amount of sunflower oil
While the carrots and onions are roasted, cut peppers - red and yellow
Polachan cabbage RUB on a large grater - so the cabbage will be very tender
And here carrots and onions are well roasted...
Add to the carrots and onions chopped bell pepper for 5 minutes, stir
Put the grated cabbage
Immediately sprinkle with salt to taste, mix well
Close the pan with a lid and stew on low heat, stirring occasionally
