Ingredients for Colorful peppers stuffed with nuts
- Pepper - 3 PCs
- Carrots - 3 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Peanuts - 1 Gorst.
- Walnuts - 1 Gorst.
- Raisins - 1 Gorst.
- Beef - 200 g
- Figure - 0,5 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Colorful peppers stuffed with nuts
Prepare the peppers, carrots and onions
Nuts peanuts, roasted and peeled
Wash and slice the beef for further linking in a meat grinder
Clean the peppers to make lids-flowers
Grated on a coarse grater carrots and chopped onion spread on a pan, lightly fry
Grind in a meat grinder nuts - peanuts and walnuts together
and together with washed raisins spread to the carrots and onions for 2 minutes
and spread on the frying pan with the carrot,onion,nuts and raisins for 5 minutes, stirring
Then on top lay the washed rice too for 5 minutes
All mix well and switch off
Put into a saucepan our beautiful peppers
Stuff them with minced meat obtained
Cover cap - "flowers" on the contrary (red hots, put the yellow cap on the yellow-red lids),in a saucepan, add some water, a little below the peppers, sprinkle with salt ,and closing the lid, simmer 30 minutes
Ready mixed peppers spread in a deep dish
Sprinkle with nuts. BON APPETIT!
