Boil beetroot until tender.
Carrots cut into strips, onion - half rings. Saute onions and carrots in butter in a frying pan.
Then add in pan with vegetables to the tomato sauce (my tomato was not, I had a blender, chop a few tomatoes). Parboil for 3-4 minutes.
Beets clean, cut into strips and combine with vegetables passerovannye.
In a pan pour 1 Cup of water + sugar + vinegar. All cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Cabbage cut into strips and drop in boiling broth, cook 10-15 minutes.
Next, put the steamed vegetables, corn, salt, pepper and cook until tender.
For 5 minutes before readiness add Bay leaf.
Served with sour cream and herbs.
