- Asparagus - 8 PCs
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 6 PCs
- Leek - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Potatoes - 6 PCs
- Cream - 1 Pach.
- Olive oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Aromatic, vegetable cream soup
Chop and lightly fry: asparagus, celery, leek, one carrot, grated on a coarse grater.
Then to shift in a deep saucepan, cover with water, add sliced potatoes and 2 boiled carrots, let boil.
As the vegetables came to readiness, blender, all beaten, return to fire, pour the cream, add salt and bring to a boil.
Can be served with crackers.
