The idea for this recipe was inspired by a recipe from one of our chefs. It turned out quite well and most importantly very very gently.

Tomatoes peel and cut into circles. Spread on the meat. Onions cut into half rings very thin. Spread on top of tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
