On the website "COOK", I, of course, made friends. And recently one of my friends got the award of "good boy". In honor of this I decided to cook these delicious pancakes and put the recipe. Of course, for such a case, more would have approached the cake, but I am a Baker, not really. Therefore, zrazy!!! So Irina (doq-hoe), is in honor of your rewards! Congratulations!
Ingredients for Chicken Paillard
- Chicken breast - 500 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Bread crumbs
- Vegetable oil
- Bread - 2 lost.
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken Paillard
Cook the chicken mince. Chicken breast (boneless), white bread, garlic skip through Mincer. To the meat add 1 egg, 2-3 tbs. cold water. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
For the filling: Boil eggs and finely chop. Wash the cilantro and finely chop. Mix greens with eggs.
