- Chicken breast - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 300-400 g
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Greens
Step by step instruction of cooking Mushroom soup

Cook chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. In broth put the onion, carrots, potatoes. (All cut at random).

Fry in vegetable oil mushrooms.

To make the sauce: In a pan melt the butter, add sour cream and flour. All fry. If it gustavito, add a little water until a homogeneous consistency.

When the vegetables in the broth is cooked, spread the prepared sauce, and half fried mushrooms.
All grind in a blender.
The rest of the mushrooms to put in the soup whole (not chopped).
