Found this appetizer in loose-leaf calendar and today cooked it. Turned out pretty tasty.
Ingredients for Appetizer "Copenhagen"
- Crab meat - 150 g
- Red sweet pepper - 0.5 PCs
- Pineapple - 2 tbsp
- Lemon - 3 PCs
- Canned fish - 1 ban.
- Olives - 10 PCs
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Ham - 200-300 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Appetizer "Copenhagen"
OK, here we go: crab meat (or sticks) cut into smaller pieces
pepper wash, peel and cut into smaller pieces
pineapple also cut into small cubes.
