Ingredients for Raspberry muffins
- Flour - 350 g
- Leavening agent - 4 tsp.
- Butter - 90 g
- Powdered sugar - 125 g
- Sour cream - 350 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Raspberry - 300 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Raspberry muffins
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.Mix the flour with the icing sugar and baking powder.With a knife or a fork to mix until lightly crumb the state of the butter with flour.
Whisk lightly beat the egg and sour cream.Stir in the flour until smooth with a fork.
Stir in the raspberries.
Affinity to butter.
Distribute the cups and bake 20 minutes.
