Slice the loaf (I have a rifle) into pieces with the thickness of about 1cm, eggplant and tomato slices.

Beat the eggs, add salt pepper (to taste) ,milk. Pieces of stick dipped in batter and fry from both sides.

Fry the eggplant.

Spread croutons and eggplant on a napkin (below emerged excess fat).
