Tartlets from shortcake dough with pears and chocolate frosting for the Queen "competition reception"

Pour slide flour. Add chopped butter, sugar, 1 egg, soda
Knead the dough. Wrap it in cling film and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll out chilled dough and put into molds, making bumpers.
Peel the pears from the core and cut into pieces.
Lay the pears on the batter in the molds.
Bake at 170 deg. about 15 min until Golden brown.
Bring the cream almost to a boil, remove from heat and leave for 1 min.
Then add the broken chocolate, stir until chocolate is melted.
Add sugar and butter.
Pour into center of cookie cutters to icing coated pears.
To cool down a bit.
Put in the refrigerator.
