- Milk - 1.25 l
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Figure - 400 g
- Cream - 250 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Dark chocolate - 100 g
- Almonds - 80 g
- Mango - 250 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice porridge in Italian
Boil in a saucepan the milk with the sugar, stir in the rice and cook for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow the porridge to cool for 45 minutes.
Almond fry. Chocolate RUB on a large grater. Cream whipped with vanilla sugar.
In the cooled porridge add the chopped almonds.
