Clean the fish, rinse well and cut into portions. It is good to RUB with salt and leave to proclivities 1.5 - 2 hours. To do this it is necessary to when fighting carp has not collapsed.
Then chop onions in half rings and fry in a skillet in butter.
On top of the onions place the fish, add spices.
Fill the fish with beer (better if there is "live", and the original recipe - "a dark unfiltered". I have, unfortunately, never appeared, so I got the bright unfiltered).
Diminish the fire, cover the saucepan with a lid and leave to stew for about 1-1,5 hours (depending on the size of the fish pieces).
The finished fish spread on a plate and pour the sauce in which it was stewed. Enjoy new taste sensations!
