- Margarine - 100 g
- Sugar - 1 Cup.

- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Starch - 2-3 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie with plums and bananas
Cut bananas and plums, sprinkle with a little sugar, pour lemon juice and rum and leave to "marinate". Instead of rum you use vodka. For example, I add Becherovka, especially because it also contains cinnamon and clove that go into the dough.
RUB the margarine (or butter) with sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add the spices and slaked soda (or baking powder), flour, starch and knead the dough.
Put the dough in a greased form, spread on top of fruit. I poured the liquid in which the fruit is marinated, if not too much. Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees.
For decorating the finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or cinnamon.
