A very tasty dish of Hungarian cuisine. Made from pork with the addition of tomato and pepper. The recipe is not complicated. I advise you to try to cook.
Ingredients for Paprikash
- Pork - 1 kg
- Pepper - 800 g
- Tomato - 1 kg
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1/2 PCs
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Paprikash

Meat cut into cubes 1, 5-2 cm, salt and pepper, and fry (I add vegetable oil).

Separately fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion until Golden brown.

Add the diced tomatoes. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well. Simmer for about 30 minutes under the lid.

Sour cream mixed with flour, add a little water or tomato juice from the pan, add everything, stir to avoid lumps. Add the finely chopped garlic. Saute for 5-10 minutes. This is a ready-made dish.
