Pepper is better to take with thick walls.
Pepper cut in half, clean. Spread on a baking sheet and grease with vegetable oil. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Prepare the pasta mix mayonnaise, dill. Add a little salt and black pepper (to taste :-))
Peppers take out from the oven. Allow to cool. Peel off skins. The flesh is cut into strips.
Lavash smear a paste, spread on top of the pepper.
