Pies with fish

Saturday was a day of remembrance. On this day, as expected, usually bake fish cakes. I decided a little to change the tradition and baked pies.
Ingredients for Pies with fish
- The dough is flaky unleavened - 1 cat.
- Heck - 800 g
- Onion - 4 PCs
- Butter - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece

Onions cut into cubes
In a pan melt half of the butter and fry the onion until transparent
Fish wash, cut into pieces and boil until tender in small amount of salted water. Detachable from the bones. (photo of this stage is missing because the fish were prepared the day before)
Vykladyvaem our fish in the pan, where the fried onion, add the remaining butter and a little deep fried to combine the flavor of onion with the fish and give the fish "fed" butter.
Puff pastry, previously, taken from the refrigerator and let it thaw. Cut arbitrarily. I have at this time, the pies were large (not in one bite, something I was lazy : D), so the layer was divided into 9 parts.
