Delicious millet porridge without much hassle. In my family happy to eat it all: both children and adults.
Ingredients for Millet porridge in a pot
- Millet - 1 Cup.
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 100 g
- Water - 0.5 l
Step by step instruction of cooking Millet porridge in a pot
Pour water, add to it salt and sugar, bring to a boil.
In boiling water add the washed millet and cook on low heat until soft (7-8 minutes).
Put the porridge in the pot (in a deep earthenware dish), add oil, eggs, pour milk, stir it carefully. Sent in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
All our porridge is ready!
