Tartlets "Mushroom delight"

Tartlets shortcrust cheese pastry stuffed with aromatic mushrooms in a creamy spicy sauce. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."
Ingredients for Tartlets "Mushroom delight"
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Olives - 1 ban.
- Flour - 0,5 stack.
- Cheese - 150 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.

Step by step instruction of cooking Tartlets "Mushroom delight"

Grind the mushrooms with a knife, several pieces leave for decoration (the number left of the mushrooms must match with the number on the plate).

In vegetable oil lightly fry the garlic (to flavor) and put sliced mushrooms. Add the spices, cream and leave to stew until thickened, about 10min. over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

In a separate pan in vegetable oil and spices, fry the rest for decoration mushrooms.

RUB butter with flour, add sour cream and cheese. Knead smooth elastic dough.

A cookie cutter to make circles (I did a Cup).

Olives cut into slices.

Black olives spread in a circle on the pastry and carefully pressed to not have fallen off.

Grease small molds and gently spread them our dough with olives. Even out hands on the mold. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 min.

Fill the tartlets our vkusnymi filling.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and into the oven or microwave for a couple minutes.
