Step by step instruction of cooking Orange liqueur
In a four-liter jar, pour the alcohol, raw milk, put sugar, 4 not very finely chopped orange with skin and bones and sliced lemon.
Tie the jar and let the fruit infuse for 1 month., every 2 -3 days well stirring with a wooden spoon.
After a month, strain through cheesecloth and carefully squeeze the oranges so they gave all the juice.
The resulting liquid filter as follows: insert the funnel in the usual filter of bandwidth paper (available from the student's blotter).
Slowly bottle drink through this filter that will take a few hours, but the liquid will crystal-clear.
It is recommended not to touch your hands to the paper funnel, so that it is not broke. If it accumulates too large a residue, should be replaced with new material.
In bottles corked liqueur perfectly maintained.
