The cheese cart

I was wandering the Internet looking for a recipe that used cheese and found a great option! And in the refrigerator waiting in the wings the remnants of sausage and cooked chicken. For the pie they were not enough, but for baskets. And it turned out these eateries brownies with a soft, gentle dough, do not charteuse and after baking, and cheese flavor. But the filling here will go any - this is an excellent way of recycling products.
Ingredients for The cheese cart
- Flour - 155 g
- Butter - 90 g
- Cheese - 210 g
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Water - 1 tbsp
- Chicken - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking The cheese cart
Mix the grated cheese, chilled butter, diced, mustard, sugar and flour in a food processor until receipt of crumbs.
Then add the egg yolk and water (I used beer instead of water)and knead the dough.
The dough wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes(I spent more).
While the dough is "resting", are engaged in filling. In fact, it can be done any according to your taste. I just had to do something with chicken and sausage, so I used them.
Cheese RUB on a grater.
Smoked sausage cut into small
Boiled chicken also finely chop and mix with sausage.
Then add the grated cheese(leaving a little for topping), a little mayonnaise(so that the weight slightly "stuck together"), herbs(I only had dried) and pepper or other favorite seasonings(I used paprika).
Take out the dough from the fridge, divide into 8 parts, roll out with a rolling pin(or hands) and put into the form. Molds can be laid with parchment.
The load on the dough to put not necessary(I tried with a load and without), because the dough is "relaxed", not deformed, and no load better baked through.
Bake in a heated to 200 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes(depends on oven and thickness of dough).
Then take out the baskets from the mold(be careful, the dough is soft and brittle)
fill with filling, top with sprinkle grated cheese and put in oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts or gets red(on the fan).
Well, and then brew a Cup of tea(or coffee) or something stronger
