Ingredients for Thuringian pie
- Flour - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Butter - 300 g
- Sugar - 180 g
- Lemon peel - 0.5 tsp.
- Cognac - 2 tbsp
- Starch - 80 g
- Leavening agent - 0.5 tsp.
- Cream - 3 tbsp.
- Jam - 450 g
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 5 tbsp
- Chocolate milk - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Thuringian pie
