Step by step instruction of cooking "Gardocki"
From an arbitrarily chosen amount of flour knead the dough as dumplings.
Then roll out into a thin sheet, as on noodles.
Sheet grease with soft butter, sprinkle with bitter pepper and finely chopped onions, to cover the whole sheet.
Then turn the sheet tight rolls and cut it into pieces with a width of 3 -5 cm Gardocki ready.
Pre-fry the meat (preferably pork) and lowering our gardocki in brown gravy, cook until done. Cook for 1 hour, 5.
