"Schnitzel" with pumpkin cream sauce

With great distrustfulness I belong to the pumpkin. On the pictures you like, but cook from it very rarely. But the competition "Bright mood", made me think on this my omission, and here present for Your consideration this dish. Everyone (and me!) liked. Still and ready in minutes.
Ingredients for "Schnitzel" with pumpkin cream sauce
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 5 tbsp
- Dill - 1 Gorst.
- Bread crumbs - 0,5 stack.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking "Schnitzel" with pumpkin cream sauce
Pumpkin cleaned, cut into thin slices.
For the batter, add the egg, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, chopped dill, a little salt and nutmeg. Breadcrumbs pour into a bowl.
In a pan, pour oil, put to warm up. While the oil heats, dip "schnitzel" in the egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs, then again mix and crackers, so double the breading.
Fry over medium heat until crisp on both sides. I was afraid that the pumpkin roasts bad, because the readiness tested with a knife (ready it was already after 4 minutes).
For sauce, mix remaining sour cream with dill, add lemon juice.
Add salt to taste. Press out the garlic.
Served hot with sauce and a good mood!
