- Pork - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Sauce - 50 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Tomato juice - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pork pigtails
Cut meat portions, repel from two sides, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Then take the meat, cut into three parts, but not completely.
Zapletal pigtail, pickle in a mixture of vegetable oil, pomegranate sauce and onions (roughly chopped) 2 hours.
Then braids fry both sides, put in a saucepan.
Fry onion (the one that was left after marinating, or take a new one).
Fry onion, carrots, if necessary, a little salt.
