Tried to prove to my husband that chicken gizzards are edible and quite tasty dish. In the end, ate and did not even realize what it was. Even praised! A simple but delicious dish for dinner.

- Chicken stomachs - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Water - 50 g
- Buckwheat - 150 g
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Spices
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken ventricles with buckwheat
